The otolaryngology clinic is fully equipped with the latest medical devices for the comprehensive investigation and diagnosis of otolaryngological conditions for both children and adults, in collaboration with the other departments of the polyclinic.
In the audiology department, audiological testing is conducted for neonates and infants using otoacoustic emissions, for children over four years old using play audiometry, and for adults using pure-tone audiometry. A complete otoneurological examination for labyrinth disorders (dizziness – vertigo) is also performed.
The endoscopy department is equipped with high-definition rigid and flexible endoscopes suitable for both children and adults, for diagnosing conditions of the nose (nasal polyps) and larynx (hoarseness). The results are provided to patients in electronic form.
Additionally, all common issues related to the specialty of otolaryngology are addressed, such as ear cleaning, infections of the head and neck (otitis, tonsillitis, sinusitis, laryngitis), and more.
